Holistic Life Ministries – Private Membership Agreement
THIS AGREEMENT is made between Holistic Life Ministries ("The Ministry") and the undersigned individual ("Member").
Purpose:
Holistic Life Ministries is a private, faith-based and holistic wellness ministry. We believe in natural healing, personal sovereignty, and the spiritual, medicinal, and ceremonial use of natural plants, including but not limited to cannabis, hemp, and other botanical.
Terms:
1. Private Relationship:
By signing, I voluntarily choose to become a private member of Holistic Life Ministries. I understand this association is private and not open to the public.
2. Natural Remedies:
I understand that any remedies or sacraments offered by the Ministry—including cannabis—are provided for spiritual, personal, or wellness use as part of our ministry’s mission.
3. No Medical Claims:
I understand that the Ministry does not provide licensed medical care, nor claim to treat, diagnose, or cure any medical condition. I accept full responsibility for my own health decisions.
4. Confidentiality:
I understand all transactions and interactions within this ministry are private and protected under the First Amendment and common law principles of private association.
5. Cannabis Agreement:
I affirm I am of legal age to access cannabis (21+ or as otherwise allowed in my state). I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary, and I will not redistribute or resell any sacramental or botanical offerings.
6. Indemnification:
I agree to hold harmless Holistic Life Ministries, its clergy, volunteers, and members from any liability, including legal, medical, or personal disputes arising from my participation.
7. Revocation:
My membership may be revoked at any time for violating these terms or for engaging in public representation of the Ministry’s private affairs.
